I have had a personal trainer for several years before Rachel became my personal trainer. In such a short amount of time Rachel was able to literally transform my body into tight sculpted muscles unlike my other trainers. She does this through variety in the workouts, guidance in nutrition and most importantly listening to me and my concerns. Every time I reach a goal (which I have reached my initial goal and 3 or 4 more since) we create a new one for me to achieve.
Initially I just wanted to lose some weight. No other trainer has placed so much emphasis on what I do when I am not with them as Rachel did. Over time she dramatically helped me change my eating habits. She did this by suggesting a small new nutritional challenge for me each week such as eating more fruits and veggies, and eating only non-processed foods. After reaching my weight goal we focused on increased strength, flexibility and balance which has improved my everyday life dramatically.
I also wanted to start running again and with Rachel’s guidance I was able to do so again without injury. Rachel has made a difference in my health, my confidence and most importantly, my self-esteem. There is nothing that I don’t think I can accomplish now.

I just joined the exercise group this past session at Penn View Christian school with my friend Becky Labar. I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my "results" already and I really enjoy the workout, well, as much as one can enjoy putting one's body through pain!
Rachel does a great job in motivating me/us! I'm not a slacker to begin with she helps me put my energy in the right direction! Since my body has gone South (now that I'm 50 :)) it's helping me make my body "jiggle" just a wee bit less!!
Thanks again for the motivation and great work-outs you give us.
Sincerely, a very happy, much less "jiggly" person,
Sara Ryan
I am a pulmonary physician in Central Montgomery County and Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Montgomery Hospital. I used to enjoy activities including skiing, biking, and jogging. In 1999, I had the first of three back surgeries (the last in 2001) that prevented me from participating in these activities. After completing a physical therapy program in 2001, I swam and used a gym at a local community center, but I did not feel like I was making significant progress.
In the fall of 2005 I purchased an elliptical machine and a universal gym. To learn to use the equipment I had a training session with Rachel Moore. I was so impressed with Rachel that I have continued training programs with her on a weekly basis. Rachel is very friendly and always brings a smile and a positive disposition to my home. Rachel provides me with a number of exercises that strengthens all the major muscle groups. Rachel also stresses the importance of stretching to improve flexibility. At the end of my hour sessions each week Rachel does a series of deep stretches that are particularly refreshing. Rachel knows so many different exercises for each muscle group that our sessions are never boring--especially abs. During our sessions Rachel discusses diet and the importance of proper nutrition as part of an overall fitness program.
This past January my wife and I enjoyed a skiing trip to Colorado. About a month ago we rode together on a tandem bike for 63 miles for the cancer society bike ride from the Ben Franklin Bridge to Mays Landing. A few weeks ago we were in a 5K run in Ocean City in support of Crohn"s Disease and last weekend we completed a Susan Komen Breast Cancer 5K run in Central Park, New York. I never would have been able to complete these challenges without Rachel’s guidance.
I strongly recommend Rachel Moore in helping to achieve health and fitness goals.

My son wanted us to purchase fitness equipment, so we did for Christmas ‘04. We had Rachel give us a demonstration of how to use the equipment and we've been training with her ever since.
Using the same equipment, my three sons ranging in age from 16 to 22, my wife, and I have all reached our very different original fitness goals and have since set and achieved new goals as well.
I, Jeff wanted to exercise on a regular basis, improve my cardiovascular system and flexibility. My wife, Jean, wanted to tone and fight middle age sag, 2 of our sons wanted to put on muscle, and our youngest son, Justin wanted to improve his ability in ice hockey and soccer.
We would have never achieved the results that we have without Rachel’s guidance. Thank you for changing our lives, Rachel!

My name is Joan and I have been a Home Bodies’ client since September 2005. I am a 61 year old Registered Nurse, mother of 2 and weighed 248 when I started my program.
Previously, I had exercised but after a knee arthroscopy in 2004, I was hesitant to do much more that swimming twice a week at my local YMCA. When I started, I could not do squats and was having problems with steps and my balance. I had also tried several diets but had continued to put on weight. My exercise program started out with a series of exercises that did not cause any additional stress to my joints, soreness or fatigue, did make me feel better and increase my range of motion and balance.
The diet plan suggested was practical and fit easily into my meal plans at home and work (I have always packed my lunch). I can buy all the recommended foods in the grocery store and eat out frequently. Today, a year later, I have increased my strength and endurance, improved my posture, and have learned to try other forms of exercise including riding my bike and walking again.
I have also lost 50 pounds and eat a more sensible diet that never leaves me hungry. I would highly recommend a Home Bodies personal trainer to anyone who wants to improve their health and wants to lose weight. I have had great success because I am treated as an individual and have an exercise and diet program that is tailored to my own needs.
